Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund After Session Delivery

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of tarot/astrology readings, no refunds are issued once a session has been delivered.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• All valid cancellations will result in rescheduling only.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Cancellations within 6 hours of the session will be treated as completed sessions.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or perceived outcomes.
• Services are based on time, energy, and expertise allocation.

4. Limited Exception for Refund Eligibility

• A refund may only be considered if Karmic Astro-Tarot is unable to offer any session slot within 48 hours of booking.
• The client must actively respond and cooperate in scheduling.
• Failure to respond, delay in communication, or refusal of available slots will void refund eligibility.
• This is the only condition under which a refund request may be reviewed.

5. Missed or Late Sessions

• A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
• Failure to join within this period will mark the session as completed.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

6. Technical Issues

• If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our end, it will be rescheduled only.
• No refunds will be issued.

7. Payment Gateway Disclaimer

• All payments are processed via Razorpay or PayPal.
• Karmic Astro-Tarot is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or reversals.
• All disputes must be handled with the respective payment provider.

8. Digital Products & Reports

All digital readings, reports, and delivered content are strictly non-refundable.

9. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny services or block users in cases of:

• Excessive cancellations or misuse
• Chargeback fraud
• Abusive or manipulative behavior

10. Nature of Services

All services are intangible, personalized, and time-based digital services.

• Service is considered initiated immediately upon payment.
• Time and energy are reserved once booking is confirmed.
• Non-scheduling or delay by the client does not qualify for a refund.

11. Binding Agreement

By purchasing any service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This forms a legally binding agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Karmic Astro-Tarot shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes. All services are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only.
