Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund After Session Delivery

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of tarot/astrology readings, no refunds are issued once a session has been delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation or rescheduling only if done at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• All valid cancellations will be rescheduled only — no refunds will be initiated under any circumstances.
• Cancellations requested within 6 hours of the session will be treated as completed sessions.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

• All purchases made on Karmic Astro-Tarot are final and non-refundable.
• Due to the time, energy, and personalized nature of services, no monetary refunds will be provided.
• Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or perceived outcomes.

4. Exception for Refund Eligibility

• A refund may only be considered if Karmic Astro-Tarot is unable to allocate a session slot within 2 days of booking.
• This is the only condition under which a refund request may be reviewed.
• All such cases are subject to verification and final approval.

5. Missed or Late Sessions

• A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
• If the client fails to join within this period, the session will be marked as completed.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.

6. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our end:

• The session will be rescheduled only.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Payment Gateway Failures

If a payment fails or gets stuck:

• The issue must be taken up directly with Razorpay or PayPal.
• Karmic Astro-Tarot does not control payment processing outcomes.
• No liability for refunds in such cases lies with Karmic Astro-Tarot.

8. Digital Products & Reports

Any digital reading, PDF report, or analysis once delivered is strictly non-refundable.

9. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny services, block users, or refuse any requests in case of:

• Multiple cancellations or misuse of rescheduling
• Chargeback fraud or disputes
• Abusive, manipulative, or malicious behavior
